Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund policy only apply when you place order from our online store.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders that has not been shipped may still be cancelled. However, shipped order are strictly NOT REFUNDABLE.

To cancel your order, please submit your request to marketing@dehomebiz.com.my with your order number and reason for cancellation within 2 hours from your time of purchase. For successful order cancellation, we shall deduct a 5% from your payment as administrative fees.

Should any order be cancelled by De HomeBiz due to stock shortage or any other reasons that may result in De HomeBiz’s inability to fulfil the order, a full refund will be processed accordingly and might take up to 30 working days.

 

Product Return / Exchange

We highly recommend you to immediately inspect any products that we deliver to you or that you self-collected at our gallery / office. Most products are returnable within 3 working days upon receipt if they are incorrect, damaged or defective.

Incorrect: the product delivered is not the item you ordered. There are missing items / parts as indicated in the packaging.

Damaged: the product is found to be damaged upon receipt.

Defective: the product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer.

Certain products are not eligible to be returned such as fridge, washer and dryer due to certain issues.

Returned product is not refundable. We will inspect and investigate the returned product and replace with a new product if necessary. If the return is not valid, product will be arranged to be returned back to buyer, delivery fee is chargeable on buyer.

 

Requirements for a valid return / exchange

  1. Proof of purchase (invoice).
  2. The product must be shipped back to us within 3 working days upon receipt.
  3. Product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals and blank warranty card) and free gift received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  4. Product must be unused or has not been installed.
  5. Product must be sealed securely.
  6. The buyer will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning the product to us. We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
